Therefore, it is important to correctly determine the parties\u2019 obligations, risk areas, and available remedies from the very beginning of the process.<\/p><p data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"1289\">At Nova Hukuk &amp; Uyum Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k, we handle processes related to logistics and transport law with an approach that takes commercial operations and operational realities into account.
